International Health Exchange and Cooperation Centre, National Health and Family Planning Commission, P.R. China (IHECC) is an independent legal entity under the direct leadership of NHFPC. Actively engaged in the inter-and-intra-national (including Hong Kong, Macao and Chinese Taipei) non-governmental exchange and cooperation, IHECC functions as a bridge between domestic and international health community and non-governmental organizations, academic societies, foundations, enterprises and individuals.
