"Our aim is to foster the Confederation’s openness to all parts of the world. That is why we will make sure to request the collaboration from colleagues from the Middle East, North and Latin America, Asia, Africa as well as Oceania in order to involve them in the program.
In addition, we will keep the interests of our young colleagues, residents and young Academics in mind when designing the program.
As you know, it was a long journey to build the Confederation of European ORL-HNS which is based on three main pillars: the European scientific societies, the European national societies and the UEMS ORL Section & Board.
This close collaboration will manifest itsef in the setup of the International Scientific Committee, headed by Elizabeth Sjögren.
It is this committee which will propose, select and organize panels, key-note lectures and free papers sessions, thus ensuring a strong scientific program. In addition, the European Board exam in ORL-HNS will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019."
