Managed the development of tablets based e-Learning app for Samsung Smart Learning, India’s first eLearning e-commerce store and Project Management training and PMO setup consultancy services.

Managed the complete technology road map for Tigers Connect Travel Systems and Solutions Ltd and managed the Domestic ADM Business Unit with MothersonSumi INfotech and Designs Ltd (MIND), a part of Samvardhana Motherson Group, India and SWS, Japan.

Lead the HP's eCommerce applications Development and application management and transformed the organization from a 100% onsite model to 80:20 offshore/onsite model, resulted in 60% of operational cost savings.

Developed the biggest Railway reservation booking engine CONCERT for Indian Railways and provided technical consultancy for Next generation online e-ticketing railway reservation system developed by CRIS and IRCTC.
