A Senior professional with a successful IT Service & Programme Delivery career spanning over 25 years, across a number of industries and sectors. I am now in a privileged position of leading the delivery of another Major Technology Programme.

I led the delivery and transition to the new Digital Collaboration Service (NHSmail 2), the platform seeks to transform the delivery of secure email and communications tools for more that 950,000 users, through both email exchange and digital collaboration products.

Before that I led the delivery of NHS Choices, the flagship citizen-facing digital channel for Health and Care. The service attracts an average 48 million visits a month, reaching 3 million people per month via social media, leading to it being Europe’s most popular health information website. NHS Choices was in-sourced into NHS Digital (formely the HSCIC) in late 2013 from Capita.

In addition to delivery responsibilities, I also leader in NHS Digital's key horizon scanning in Digital Innovation, engaging across the entire health sector which includes presenting at numerous conferences nationally and internationally providing thought leadership insights.
