LLM in Tax Law from the University Extension Center (CEU - 2010); Master's Degree in Social Security Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP - 2013);
and a PhD student in Labor and Social Security Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP - current).
He served as: Counselor of the São Paulo Lawyers' Pension Portfolio (IPESP - Gestão 2012-2014); Member of the OAB/SP Labor Procedural Law Committee (2013-2015);
President of the Complementary Pension Committee of the Instituto de Advogados Previdenciários (IAPE 2015-2017); Member of the Innovation and Nanotechnology Commission of OAB/SP (2017-current).
He is a militant lawyer, a regular professor in the undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Law and Labor Process of Faculty of Law of Mackenzie Presbyterian University (UPM) and author of scientific articles published in specialized magazines and collective works on subjects related to Labor Law, Social Security and Legal Risks of Nanotechnology.
