About Melissa Kupiec

Melissa joined Steward over 2 ½ years ago working for Steward Health Care Network on Patient Experience with providers and staff.

There, she helped drive performance and achieve some of the largest increases in key patient experience domains for the Network’s ambulatory practices.

Melissa now oversees Patient Experience strategy for Steward’s Northeast Region of hospitals alongside her experienced team.
