Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Center

Founded in 1992, Kunming International Convention & Exhibition Center (in brief “KICEC”) is located in Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan. With eternal spring and pleasant climate, Kunming becomes one of the first excellent tourist cities in China and also an ideal place for hosting various conferences and exhibitions. The marvelous and colorful ethnic culture and exceptionally rich tourism resources in Yunnan and its positional advantage linking China with Southeast Asia and South Asia provide great potentials for the development of organizing conferences and exhibitions in Yunnan.

Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Center has a total floor space of 225,000 square meters, with a constructed area of 240,000 square metres, the available area for exhibition is up to 50,000 square meters, which can provide a variety of different-sized meeting halls and has a single-layer badminton hall of the largest scale in China. As a modern professional exhibition enterprise, KICEC is capable to integrate a variety of exhibition business ranging from exhibition, conference, catering and advertisement to recreation. With its rich experiences in exhibition-organizing and excellent one-stop services on site, KICEC has become a member of International Association of Exhibition Management (IAEM), a council member of China Association for Exhibition Center (CAEC) and passed ISO 9001:2000 international quality system certification in 2004.
