That’s why we’ve designed our five conference suites and three spacious boardrooms to be fully flexible. Skyfold doors can transform a room in minutes, while our popular Elonex digital screens can be easily moved to suit your requirements. So whether we’re accommodating a meeting for two or conference for 900, you can count on our tech savvy spaces to deliver.

MEETINGS (2-100 delegates): The Vox Boardrooms 1-3 will hold a maximum of 28, 20 and 16 people respectively, creating an ideal space for a smaller meeting or an intimate dining experience.

CONFERENCES (10-900 delegates): The Vox Suites 1-5 provide fully flexible conference spaces that can be combined or divided to several multi-functional areas depending on individual event requirements.
